Sergia Hadjitofi

Sergia trained with Hamilton Pratt and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024. Experienced in aspects of corporate law, she is well versed in franchise resales, company acquisitions, and disposals, particularly in domiciliary care and estate agency businesses.

She previously worked at a leading regional law firm in the West Midlands, in addition to a top 10 international law firm, where she gained contentious experience in banking and finance through advising and defending clients on UK and international claims.

Interests: Sergia loves travelling to new destinations, visiting family in Cyprus, and baking Mediterranean desserts with a twist. She also enjoys walking and discovering the hidden waters and fields of Warwickshire.
