Andrew Ward

Andrew is a Salaried Partner in the Corporate team.

He rejoined the firm in 2022, having trained there ten years earlier. He has previously worked at a specialist corporate law firm in Birmingham as well as a leading regional firm in the West Midlands.

Andrew is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in company acquisitions, disposals, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and business reorganisations. In his career Andrew has led multi-million pound transactions of varying complexity in a number of sectors.

Whilst at Hamilton Pratt, Andrew has worked on a significant number of M&A transactions both with a franchise context and outside of franchising.

Interests: Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing football, cooking, reading, and spending time with his young family.
