Hamilton Pratt’s corporate acquisition team lead by Nick Seddon, as part of its continuing growth strategy, has added Andrew Ward to its team. Andrew completed his training at Hamilton Pratt in 2015 so has accumulated knowledge of franchising, and has since gone on to obtain substantial corporate acquisition and disposals experience whilst at a specialist corporate firm in Birmingham and the West Midlands firm George Green, advising on many high value transactions across a number of sectors.

Andrew re-joining Hamilton Pratt’s team is part of a continuing strategy to broaden its experience with respect to corporate work, whilst retaining Hamilton Pratt’s niche franchising expertise.
