Hamilton Pratt’s corporate acquisition team lead by Nick Seddon, represented MBEWorldwide S.p.A to acquire a majority ownership share of World Options, a UK -based provider of shipping, delivery and logistics with more than 120 franchisees and agents across the UK, USA, Australia, the Netherlands and Belgium.
MBE Worldwide operates in 53 countries and in 2021 alone served over 1 million business customers generating €1.01 billion of system wide sales. The World Options acquisition represents a strengthening of MBE Worldwide’s position as a global commerce platform for businesses.
