Hamilton Pratt is different to other law firms. We provide leading edge advice – we have been involved in many of the leading franchise cases over the last ten years – at a realistic cost. We will establish a cost estimate at the outset of an assignment so that you know before you commit what your cost exposure will be.
We work closely and in partnership with our clients.
We build a very close bond with all clients. Most of our franchisor clients were clients of the firm even before they launched their franchise and they know that they are able to access our expertise on a continuing and cost effective basis. The continuing relationship and in depth knowledge about our clients’ businesses, really does mean that we are able to ensure that our advice and guidance is fully tailored to a client’s business and commercial aspirations.
No Nonsense
The law is, by its nature, technical and difficult to understand. Our role is to try to make the complex simple, to write and talk in English and not in legalese and to ensure that our advice is specifically tailored to what your business needs, from a commercial as well as a legal perspective.
